- Most students and post-docs ended up in industrial positions.
- Most students and post-docs stayed in Canada.
- Ph.D. students who do not take post-doctoral appointments are more likely to opt for industrial positions compared to those who do take such appointments.
- The proportion of Ph.D. graduate students who stay in Canada increases if they do not take post-doctoral appointments.
- Most Ph.D. graduate students did their post-doctoral training in the United States.
